The Eminence in Shadow: Master of Garden

The Eminence in Shadow: Master of Garden is a fun idle RPG for Windows. It's inspired by the light novel series, and later anime, of the same name; as such, this game combines the playable parts with the anime. To tell this story, the author of the novels, Daisuke Aizawa, oversaw the game's development.

The Eminence in Shadow: Master of Garden is a Windows game, but visually speaking, the interface is similar to what you'd expect from an Android game, and the fights are automatic. In the beginning, you have to activate special attacks and combos manually. But later on, you can automate them if you so choose.

The story of The Eminence in Shadow: Master of Garden begins with a young man in modern Japan. He is determined to become a hero and has trained for it all his life. However, the one thing he has not yet succeeded in mastering is magic. But he never gives up, and after chasing a light, he's transported to a fantastic world in pure isekai style: a truck runs him over, and he's reborn as the son of a nobleman. In this new world, he becomes Cid Kagenou, a powerful wizard determined to be a shadowbroker.

After rescuing a young elf girl whom he names Alpha, Cid forms an organization to fight against the Cult of Diabolos, enemies he made up. To his surprise, the Cult of Diabolos actually exists and is eager to fight back. The Eminence in Shadow: Master of Garden offers spectacular fights and a story combining comedy with action.

In The Eminence in Shadow: Master of Garden, you can collect the characters from the original series and add them to your team. Each character has their own skills and fighting styles. Some, like Cid, are fighters who do a lot of damage but are also easily harmed. Characters like Alpha, on the other hand, can withstand almost anything and are best placed on the front lines. Combine your characters and use their abilities to defeat any enemy that stands in your way.
